Just 2 More Week of Summer Vacation!

Take time to enjoy one more BBQ, one more swim in the ocean,  one more ice cream cone, and a few more days of sleeping in!
Key schedules to note for Tuesday Sept 8th 2015 - first day back to school:
  • New Kindergarten Students to attend only at 1:30-2:00pm in the library with parents to schedule an interview time.  You will also receive your schedule for gradual entry for the remainder of the week.
  • All grades 1-7 - will attend from 9:00-10:00am only.  Students should return to their June 2015 teacher's classrooms on the first day and until new classes are assigned.  Regular full day from 9:00am -3:00pm will continue from Weds Sept 9th onward.
  • Please be patient while the school organizes classrooms, staffing, and placement of students during the first few days.
Also remember that The Vancouver School Board offers the service of purchasing basic school supplies to  cover basic consumable school supplies used for students’ personal use such as paper, writing tools, glue sticks, erasers, exercise books and art supplies. Supplies are provided for the full year and fees will be collected at the beginning of the school year.  The advantages of the Board providing families with supplies include convenience, cost savings through a one- time fee, and the standardization of supplies used in the classroom. Details will be provided once school is in session.
