Our school now has a brand new bike rack! This was a donation through an Olympic legacy program in partnership with the Vancouver School Board. Lord is one of 50 VSB schools to get a bike rack.The front of the school is the location of the bike rack so that it is easy to access and visible during the school day. Students are welcome to ride their bikes to school and lock them up for the day. It will be wonderful to see our students riding into school in the morning – what a great way to start the day!
Please review safety with your child (wearing a helmet, stopping at all intersections before proceeding when safe to do so, etc.) to make this a positive and well utilized feature.
