Dr. A.R. Lord Elementary is participating in a program to recycle used markers (not just Crayola brand, but any felt tip marker pens) which will be collected and then sent to a facility that will turn them into alternative clean fuel. Teachers will be putting collection bins in their classrooms and they will be emptied into a central repository. Starting next month, bring your old markers from work and home to the school and add to our program!To find out more:
