A person’s body image level significantly influences how they positively or negatively experience life! Join body image researcher and founder of Free to Be, Renae Regehr, on Wednesday April 5th from 6:30pm-8:00pm in the gym at Lord Nelson Elementary as she shares her knowledge of current body image research for both girls AND boys, and connects how we, as parents, can role-model and empower our children to have a positive body image. Renae will leave us with take home tips and ideas for supporting healthy perceptions of self throughout the years.
