Mental Health Tools and Resources

The best way to combat the stigma of mental health is to become educated on the issues, open up the dialogue, and most importantly provide support and understanding.  Open Mind BC is a website that provides resources for students, parents, educators, and physicians.  It has additional useful links to a broad range of websites such as Anxiety BC, Dealing with Depression, Confident Parents: Thriving Kids, Family Smart and Vancouver Coastal Health to name a few.
