VSB Public Education Parent Survey

The VSB is asking for your input! Please see the information below to fill out their survey.

Share your thoughts about public schools and public education!

The world of education is a competitive place. Parents have many options to consider when they are deciding where to enroll their children. For public schools this means we need to constantly be innovating, improving the services and programs we offer, and ensuring the greatest success possible for every student. In order to do this effectively, we need feedback from our parent community.

With this in mind, the Vancouver School Board is surveying current and future school community members about what they like or dislike about public schools and what challenges and opportunities they perceive. We want to hear from parents about the perceptions they hold about public and private education as well as the factors motivating them when choosing where to enroll their children.

To accomplish this, the Vancouver School Board is conducting an online survey of parents to collect their views. We greatly value the opinion of parents and would appreciate it if you would notify them of this short questionnaire.

Please feel free to forward this email and survey invite to your parent community. We are also sending paper flyers to preschools, daycares and Strong Starts around Vancouver. Please consider distributing these flyers among your parent community.

All of the information gathered will be reported to the Vancouver School Board. The confidentiality and anonymity of those who complete the survey will be ensured. Thank you for your support of this initiative.
