Division 4 Reader Theatre

Grade 2 and 3 students in Ms. Phong Many's class performed well know skits such as Henny Penny, the Three Little Pigs and Pinocchio in front of their classmates.  It was a great opportunity for students to develop confidence in performing!  They build skills in oral reading fluency which is the ability to read and speak smoothly and expressively.
This sounds like a great evening activity to try on the family camping trip!

What's Growing in the School Learning Garden?

These beauties were planted by A.R. Lord students in the spring when school was in session.  Purple kohlrabi, red strawberries and green zucchini are just a bit of the bounty!  Come by the school garden and weed a little, water a little, pick a little (but be sure to leave a lot for others too)!
