Aboriginal People Unit & Soapstone CarvingGrade 5 & 6 students will be working with artist Robert Cahill to create soapstone carvings of an arctic animal. This enhances their study of the Aboriginal People, combining Social Studies and Fine Arts in a hands on way to learn the process and history of this traditional craft.
