This Thursday, September 26, our students will be participating in the annual Terry Fox Run. Students have been learning about Terry Fox through morning announcements as well as classroom discussions. Students have also been asked to bring a "Toonie for Terry" to donate to cancer research. Thanks to decades of cancer research, people today are surviving many types of cancer, which would not have been possible thirty years ago.
