The first PAC meeting of the year will be held at 6:30-8:30pm this thursday Oct 16th. Come and meet with the PAC Executive, teacher representatives, Principal and other families of Dr. A.R. Lord School. The meeting will be held in the library and we will discuss:- Library update
- Hot Lunch
- Fund raising ideas
- HCC Children's Toy and Clothing Donations/Volunteers
- Upcoming event ideas and scheduling (meet the teachers, movie night, parent presentations etc)
- Ongoing projects (book share, book exchange)
- Before/After school care
- Communications update
- Treasurer/finances Report
- Principal's update
We welcome everyone. Give your opinions and ideas and volunteer! Childminding will be provided during the meeting.
