Morning Exercise

Laps around the gravel field were in order for division 4 students on a recent early morning.  Some studies have been carried out and evaluate the effects of early morning physical activity and it's impact on learning.  It's not just good for the body, it is also good for the brain.  Exercise has been shown to improve math problem solving skills, attendance at school, academics and behaviour.
